It Wouldn't Be Labor Without Pain

Shall I bring to the [moment of] birth and not cause to bring forth? says the Lord. Shall I Who causes to bring forth shut the womb? says your God.
Isaiah 66:9 AMP

Pregnancy is the fertilization and development of one or more offspring by a woman. The end result of a pregnancy is a painful delivery, but when the baby is born the pain disappears and a beautiful life pacifies any remaining indication that a pregnancy existed. If you have ever been pregnant or know someone who has you know that a lot of changes take place in a 9 month span of time. What starts out as a small fertilized egg turns into a functioning life. Pregnancy and child birth is a perfect example of the power and intelligence of God. Every detail of pregnancy is aw inspiring. Well this is the same thing with our life. We can not expect to come to Christ and not be developed because God fertilizes our faith as if it were an egg. Our life consists of trials that test and develop our faith thereby developing us
spiritually.I Peter 1:7 says So that [the genuineness] of your faith may be tested, [your faith] which is infinitely more precious than the perishable gold which is tested and purified by fire. [This proving of your faith is intended] to redound to [your] praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) is revealed.
Different trials come to ensure our faith can withstand the opposition that will come as a result of a life that has taken the lead of Christ. Trials also determine if our faith is genuine. Basically is it our faith or is it a show for your church audience. When your faith continues to be strong despite the trials that come your way it will bring great reward as well as praise, glory, and honor when Christ returns. Our faith is just like a pregnancy. When we are faithful to give our tithe and offering despite expenses coming out of no where. We develop in our first trimester of faith. We trust that God will send us a mate after his own heart. Despite the loneliness, people calling us crazy for our standards, and no man/ woman  in sight. We progress through to another trimester of faith. We read and meditate on God's Word, make time for prayer, and fast expecting a move from God all along being opposed on every side by our active kids, busy home lives, friends who don't get it, school, etc. We progress to yet another trimester of faith. But God sees our diligence and as outlined in Hebrews 11:6, God is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. In Isaiah 66:9 God says Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth?" and "Shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb?"  Once again if you have ever had a child or know someone who has then you know when labor begins it is almost impossible to stop. The body takes over because naturally it knows what to do despite any mental capability. The body doesn't close and just stop birthing a child.
Well just as the body knows so does God. (I'M EXCITED!!!) In his perfect time he can birth the blessing your faith has persistently been believing for. Those money issues in your first trimester will birth a supernatural promotion. Where all your needs are met abundantly more then you could ask for. That loneliness you felt in your second trimester will birth a companion predestined by God. A companion after God's own heart that pushed you closer to Christ and into higher heights of praise and admiration. And the Word of God you stood on while fasting and praying in your third trimester will birth an abundance of favor making your enemies your foot stools. Trials will be different for each of us, but ultimately serve as a tool of to grow us spiritually. See your faith has to be fertilized and developed so God's blessings can be birthed in your life. No species of life is made without fertilization and development. This method shows the results of diligence in our faith walk. John 15:4 says, I am the Wine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much fruit. However, apart from Me you can do nothing. Meaning we can not develop fruit (blessings, favor, grace) if we do not first abide in God and trust that our faith in him will surely birth us into a new height in Christ Jesus. No labor is free from pain. So just as a mother feels pain so shall we feel pain as we develop our faith through trials. Those trials or trimester of faith will birth abundance of grace, mercy, favor, love, and blessings in our lives.

Let God Birth a Blessing in your Life!
